Danielle Gori-Montanelli

Danielle uses wool felt to create whimsical jewelry, hats, and more. Her studio is filled with rolls and sheets and scraps and snippets of different colors and thicknesses of felt, which she cuts and carves by hand, or with custom made dies. She constructs three dimensional pieces which represent her fascination with the intrinsic beauty of everyday objects and nature - she makes things like succulent brooches, candy necklaces, pencil collars, avocados, lily pads, and even miniature mid-century modern couches - all wearable and all made of felt!
