State of Craft

2010 is our 20th anniversary! We are celebrating with State of Craft, a two-fold presentation of the history of the last 50 years of the Vermont crafts community. The first major retrospective of Vermont craft objects will be presented by the Bennington Museum in an exhibit that opens May 22 and runs through October 31st. We will present our State of Craft Events showcase beginning May 2 through the end of the year. The Showcase features 25 events at 20 venues that connect craft and history at the local level.

Open Studio Weekend 2010 took place May 29 and May 30. If you toured during this event, give us your feedback and share your experience at this link.
If you are not on our mailing list and would like to receive an Open Studio 2011 registration package, please click here.
